Service Description
This class will take students through a series of poses that move through the power of breath and sun salutations. This playful, compassionately vigorous class combines dynamic movements and steady holds. It's good for beginner students to try the power of the movement. 流瑜珈是一種開放性練習的方法，任何瑜珈體式都可以被編排在拜日式的序列之中。這種開放性不僅使得練習者能夠方便地獲得全方位的鍛鍊，同時還增加了練習的多變性和趣味性。 同時流瑜珈是節奏感明確的練習，循序漸進地打開練習者身體的各個部位，使我們進入到平時難以做到的體式。 我們藉由動作與呼吸的結合，讓整個過程如同流水般連續不斷，感受快與慢的節奏互相搭配，在這過程中訓練我們的柔軟度、肌耐力、專注力，最重要的是感受呼吸與身體的協調，長時間下來就能感受到流瑜珈帶給我們的流暢感喔！ -Level - for all levels of students -Groups Class - 2- 12people -Language: Mandarin/Cantonese/English (粵話/國語及英文) Price - $25NZD Bring your own mat

Cancellation Policy
1. All classes and memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be shared. Bundle class sessions may only be extended for medical reasons only. It is the student's responsibility to notify the studio in writing via email – stillnessandme@gmail.com at the time of illness/injury, and if necessary a letter from the doctor or physician. - 10 bundle classes are valid for 3 months - 5 bundle classes are valid for 2 months - 2 bundle trial classes are valid for 2 weeks. -Unlimited Classes are valid for 1 month. You are allowed to bring a new friend every month. No-show without noticed will freeze the account for 3 DAYS. Please take note of the expiration date of your membership or passes, students assume the responsibility for their pass validity and can always enquire at the front desk or via email to verify if unsure. 2. All workshops and special events are non-refundable but are transferable with prior notification 1 day before the event. The schedule is subject to change or cancellations may occur with notice. Class membership fees may occasionally increase each year due to the cost of living. It is always our intention to keep the prices reasonable and review them from time to time. 3. All prices are shown in NZ dollars. 4. The Eternal Fitness membership is not included in this booking system. 5. To cancel the booking up to 12 hours before the start time, it will not deduct the credit. If you cancel the classes 2 hours before the start time, it will continuously deduct the credit. 6. All payments must be pre-paid by the end of the day after the booking. 7. To reschedule the booking up to 24 hours before the start time, it will not deduct the credit. For example, suppose you are unavailable on Week 2 of the Postnatal Yoga Week. In that case, you can join other classes ( Vinyasa / Wheel Yoga / Stretching ) in the same week or bring the credit to next term Postnatal Yoga. Otherwise, the credit will be deducted. 8. For Pregnancy Yoga, Participants should consult with their healthcare provider before starting any exercise program, including pregnancy yoga, to ensure it is safe for their situation. Participants may be required to sign a liability waiver acknowledging the risks associated with physical activity and releasing the instructor and venue from any liability for injuries or accidents that may occur during the class.
